RE-Source 2021 Health & Safety Protocols

The RE-Source team is working closely with the venue and local authorities to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. We developed a detailed set of hygiene and safety measures providing everyone with reassurance they can enjoy a safe and high-quality organised event.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

All participants need to be pre-registered for the event. In order to ensure safety for all, only pre-registered participants will have access to the venue.

All event participants coming to the venue will be asked to provide a COVID-19 status proof:

  1. Proof of full vaccination
    EMA approved vaccination*(BioNTech Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen Pharmaceutica). The last day of vaccination needs to be 14 days before the date of venue entry. Other vaccines will not be accepted and will require a proof of negative PCR test.

  2. Proof of immunity
    If you have previously been infected with Covid-19, you can use this as documentation by showing the result from your positive PCR test. Your positive PCR test must have been taken within the past 14 to 240 days (8 months) to qualify.

  3. Proof of negative test
    Only official PCR negative test result from within the last 72hrs will be recognised. Self-tests will not be accepted.

We will publish the list of test centers in the vicinity of the venue closer to the event date.

TRAVEL

International travel to the Netherlands is possible and different set of rules apply depending on the country you are travelling from. Please check the latest updates on the rules which apply for the country you are coming from:

AT THE VENUE

Guests are welcomed in the dedicated conference registration area. Temperature indicators and sanitation facilities are provided before entering the conference floor. The room capacities and settings are adapted to fully adhere to current government regulations.

Ventilation
Ensuring safe levels of air quality, Hotel Okura Amsterdam is equipped with a PM1 fine dust air filter, which filters a major part of the viruses and bacteria from the air. Due to the high quality, this air filter is mandatory in hospitals and meets the ISO16890 standard and the EUROVENT certification.

Cleaning
The frequency of daily cleaning at the public areas and touch points in the hotel is increased even further. Cleaning is done with stabilised Ozone water, which eliminates germs such as viruses and bacteria. A sanitation room is available where the attendees can sanitise their belongings and refresh themselves after travelling.

The whole Okura team, from kitchen to hosts, wear masks and gloves and adhere to high cleaning standards in all areas after every use to ensure the wellbeing of all event attendees.   

Catering
Hotel Okura have adapted the catering offer to guarantee food quality while maintaining a broad range of choices. Guests are served individually at several food and beverage stations, providing the service Hotel Okura Amsterdam is known for.
