Role
RE-Source is looking to grow the team with a new role: Partnerships Manager. Reporting to RE-Source’s Managing Director, the Partnerships Manager leads RE-Source’s partnerships activities, particularly with corporate energy buyers.
RE-Source Platform is Europe’s leading forum for corporate renewable energy sourcing. Through its events, tools, and engagement, RE-Source seeks to remove barriers for industry to buy renewable energy, in support of Europe’s climate and energy goals. Core to this are our relationships with corporate energy buyers: getting companies to use our tools and attend our events is the best way we can support them to start using renewable energy and decarbonise. The Partnerships Manager’s most important KPI will be increased and new corporate buyers at the annual event. This is a new role at RE-Source, so we need someone who can take initiative, get creative, and put in place a strategy that can make RE-Source’s work with energy buyers more impactful.
The role is based in Brussels (hybrid/flexible working).
Energy buyers engagement
Put in place a strategy and lead execution: identify activities to increase and diversify corporate energy buyers attending the annual event and engaging with RE-Source’s tools and activities, with support of marketing and communications colleagues and external consultants where needed.
Act as a key point of contact for energy buyer-related questions and engagement, year-round and at the annual event.
Support the activities of the Energy Buyers Hub – our online meeting platform for energy buyers – by advising on outreach to increase attendance.
Continue and build new relationships with industry associations.
Plan and manage the annual B2B matchmaking meetings between renewable energy buyers and suppliers during the RE-Source annual event.
Look out for opportunities to improve existing processes to maximise our impact with energy buyers.
Partnerships
Identify new partnerships which will help deliver RE-Source’s mission and suggest activities and resources required to deliver objectives.
Manage relationships with RE-Source’s national hubs and events, including travel to these events and representing RE-Source Platform.
Ad-hoc support to execute sponsorship packages for the annual event, e.g., onsite visibility.
